Learned A.P.P. makes a statement that Sessions Case No.297 of 2016 under which the applicant is being tried, is in progress. She states that out of 18 witnesses, examination of 5 witnesses is already over.
On instructions from the A.P.P. conducting the said trial, she makes a statement that every endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today. M.M.Salgaonkar

Accepting the aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application by reserving his liberty to approach this Court, if the trial is not completed within six months.
