The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner accepts that Writ Petition No.13979 of 2017 filed by one Bilal S. Shaikh was in respect of the same building which is subject matter of this Petition. We have perused the order dated 23rd February, 2018 passed in the said Writ Petition. As the said order governs the field, it is not necessary to entertain this Petition at this stage.
