The Appeal challenges the interlocutory order dated 21 January 2015 passed by the learned Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Pune on the Application (Exh.173) filed by the Appellant/original Plaintiff. The operative part of the said order reads as under: "ORDER

(1) Application is partly allowed.

(2) Defendants Nos.1 to 6 shall maintain status-quo from transferring the remaining suit properties as mentioned in plaint till next date.

(3) Costs in cause."

The impugned order clearly records that the status-quo was granted against the Defendants Nos.1 to 6 from transferring the suit properties till the next date.

In these circumstances, the impugned order being only an ad-interim order, I am not inclined to entertain the Appeal. It is disposed of. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
