1] The learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 raised a preliminary objection pertaining to the maintainability of the present petition. It is submitted that, a substantive alternate remedy under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is available to the petitioners and without availing the said remedy, the present petition has been filed.
