Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. Perused the Interim Application. This is an application for seeking amendment so as to annex copy of the Chargesheet in Criminal Application No.890 of 2019 .

For the reasons stated in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Leave to Amend granted. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the Criminal Application be placed on record after serving the copy thereof on the learned counsel for the other sides.
