P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to stay execution of judgment and order dated 26/8/2016 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Satara in Claim Application No.1 of 2010.

By order dated 9/8/2017 this Court had granted ad-interim relief subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount alongwith interest. The learned counsel for the Applicant states that pursuant to the said order the Applicant has deposited the entire decreetal amount before the M.A.C.T., Satara.
