When this Appeal was on board dated 13.12.2023, none had appeared for the Appellants. Appellants were directed to serve private paper-book upon the Respondents. Matter was adjourned to 17th January, 2024. On 17th January, 2024, none appeared for the Appellants. No copy was filed of the private paper-book. By way of last chance, matter was adjourned to today. It was made clear that in case no steps are taken by the Appellants, this Court may pass appropriate order in absence of the Appellants. 2.

In spite of this, none appears even today. It seems that the Appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Appeal. BGP.
