It is not disputed before me that on similar facts, delay in filing another application for leave to file an Appeal has been condoned by this Court (Criminal Application NO.74/14 decided on 10th October 2014). The learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 do not dispute that the facts of the said application and the present one are similar.
