None for the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the official respondent of the Municipal Corporation had taken no further steps after issuance of notice dated 21st September, 2013 and 1st October, 2013 at Exh. 'C' and Exh. 'D' respectively, to respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6. 2.

Having regard to the grievance raised by the petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of this petition by directing the Competent Authority of the respondent to look into the

'C' and Exh.'D' if there is no legal impediment in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. Needless to say, we have not expressed our opinion on the merits of the case.
