The challenge in the Application is to the order 27th October, Harish 1 of

2017 rejecting the Applicant's Application under section 9(a) of the CPC . Pursuant to the Amendment Act, 2018 and in particular section 3(2) of the Amendment Act 2018 the procidings have abated and as such the Civil Revision Application is disposed of.
