It is an admitted position that the Applicant/Original Petitioner has not succeeded before the School Tribunal and his Appeal has been dismissed by an order, which has been impugned by him in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is of the year 2014. There are matters of the year 2003 pending for final hearing . At this stage, the Civil Application No.538 of 2017 praying for expeditious hearing of the Writ Petition cannot be granted.
