By this Petition, the Petitioners pray that they be permitted to participate in the admission process that is being conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission at the Post Graduate of Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Unani Course. It is seen from the writ petition that the Petitioners were interested in participating in the admission process for the examination that was conducted in 2022. The schedule as indicated in the notice published on 29th December 2022 indicates that the same commenced on 30th December 2022 and the list of candidates was to be published in January 2023. The last date for joining the said course was 24th March 2023.

In view of aforesaid and with passage of time, we do not find any effective reliefs can be granted to the Petitioners. Needless to state, in case the Petitioners are interested in pursuing the said course now, they are entitled to do so in accordance with law. Writ Petition is disposed of.
