2] By filing this civil application, the applicant-writ petitioner seeks restoration of Writ Petition No. 6777 of 2013, which suffered dismissal vide order dated 27th January 2017 for want of prosecution. 3] Having gone through the said order, we are of the view that though the absence of counsel for the petitioner may not be justified but taking into consideration that for non appearance of the counsel the cause of the petitioner may not suffer, we allow Civil Dinesh Sherla 1/2

The cost to be paid to 'Kirtikar Law Library, High Court (Appellate Side), Bombay' within two weeks. 4] As a result of restoration of Writ Petition No. 6777 of 2013, the interim order passed on 26th September 2013 stands revived.
