It is the grievance of the Petitioner that investigation was not carried out properly as the offence under section 380 of the IPC was not levelled in the charge-sheet. It is contended that investigation is done under different charges than those mentioned in the FIR.

Considering the nature of grievance of the Petitioner, we observe that a comprehensive application may be made by the Petitioner to the higher authorities. The authorities concerned shall look into the grievance of the Petitioner.

With the above observations, the Petition is disposed of.
