Perused the Order dated 28/02/2022. It was submitted before this Court that the Respondent No. 3 without having any legal rights, forcefully kept the corpus aged 4 years, in his custody whereas the Petitioner is a natural father of said corpus. 2.

Today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the Respondent No. 3 handed over the custody of the corpus child to the Petitioner peacefully and grievance raised in the Petition not more survived. The counsel for the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.
