By this Application, the Applicant has sought modification of bail condition in bail order dated 09/10/2014.

While releasing the Applicant on bail, this Court had directed the Applicant to report to Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai on last Sunday of every month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, until further orders.

The records reveal that the crime is of the year 2014. It is stated that charge sheet has been filed. Charge is not yet framed. It is also 1/2

It is evident that even after a period of over 09 years, the trial has not commenced and not likely to conclude in immediate future, due to large pendency of cases. The Applicant has been reporting to the EOW, Mumbai since 2014. It is stated that the Applicant is presently 72 years of age.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, condition in paragraph no.7(v) of the order dated 09/10/2014 is relaxed to the extent that the Applicant is directed to report to the Economic Offences Wing, Mumbai once in six months on 1st Monday of the month between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, until further orders. 5.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
