Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

There is no case of contempt made out by the Petitioner. According to the Petitioner, he is entitled to the service benefits, such as annual increment in salary and leave benefits in the pay scale of driver. It is quite clear that what the Petitioner is entitled to is not only the pay scale of driver but all the benefits attached to the pay scale of driver. He shall write to the Respondent No.1-Corporation in this behalf and the Corporation shall consider such request in the light of applicable settlement, if any, with the Union of employees. The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly. (S.C.GUPTE, J.)
