In continuation of the earlier order, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition, as statement is made by the learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority that as per the decision taken by the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority on 2nd and 3rd November, 2016 on proposal of the Petitioner, no Coastal Regulation Zone recommendation is required from the Respondent Authority.
