The above Civil Application and the Review Petition is companion to Civil Application No.81 of 2017 and Review Petition No.60 of 2017. The facts in the instant case are similar to the facts of the case in Civil Application No.81 of 2017. By an order passed today in the said Civil Application No.81 of 2017, the same has been dismissed. Hence for the reasons mentioned in the said order, the above Civil Application would also have to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed. The above Review Petition has accordingly turned infructuous and is disposed of as such.
