2] It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the entire amount of compensation will be deposited in the Court, within four weeks from today.

3] In view thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree till decision of the appeal, subject to appellant's depositing the entire decreeetal amount within four weeks from today. 4] In case of failure on the part of appellant to deposit the entire amount within the stipulated period, the stay granted shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 5] Application is disposed off.
