The learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition No.654 of 2015 in states that no instructions are received from the Petitioners. Even otherwise considering the facts and circumstances we are not inclined to exercise our writ jurisdiction at this stage. Keeping all contentions of the Petitioners including that the dispute is settled, in case the Petitioners desire to approach the concerned trial Court for necessary relief, the writ petitions are disposed of.
