Heard learned advocate for petitioners and learned AGP for State. The issue involved in this petition is similar to that raised in Writ Petition No.8348 of 2013 and connected matters. The Writ Petition No.8348 of 2013 along with connected 68 matters came to be finally dismissed by this Court vide judgment and order dated 4th March 2014. The dismissal order is confirmed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.34421 of 2014 and connected special leave to appeals.

In that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in Writ Petition No.8348 of 2013, this petition is also dismissed, however, with no order as to costs.
