The learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned Counsel for the first informant submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute.

The learned Counsel for the parties seek leave to tender the Consent Terms.

The first informant and the applicants in ABA/352/2023 and ABA/424/2023 are present in Court. 1/2

Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X'. 6.
The undertakings given in the Consent Terms are accepted as the undertakings to the Court.

The applications thus stand allowed.

In the event of arrest of Ashok Himmatlal Miyani, applicant in ABA/352/2023 and Karmavir Gangasingh Rajpurohit, applicant in ABA/424/2023, in CR No.19 of 2023, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, each.

The applicants shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when directed.
Applications stand disposed.
In view of disposal of the applications, IA/1111/2023 and IA/1291/2023 stand disposed.
