By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 5 days in filing the appeal from order. 3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, delay is condoned. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The applicant is directed to remove all office objections within two weeks from today. If office objections are removed within two weeks from today, place the appeal from order on board for 'Admission' on 4th April 2016.
