After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He requests that the trial of the Applicant be expedited.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned Judge shall decide the case as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
