Heard learned Counsel for the parties. It is agreed between Counsel that the Civil Application as well as the petition itself can be disposed of in terms of the following order. It is ordered accordingly as follows :

(i) The Industrial Court at Thane, before whom the main complaint, namely, Complaint (ULP) No.390 of 2013, is pending, is directed to dispose off the same as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, latest by 31 December 2016.

(ii) The interim order of stay, granted by this Court on 10 Pg 1 of 2

caw1294-16.doc October 2014, shall continue to operate during the pendency of the complaint.

(iii) Both the Civil Application and the Writ Petition are disposed of in the above terms.
