Since the petitioner has not disclosed in full his credential and locus standi to file a public interest litigation and since he practically prays for investigation into the affairs and activities of respondent no.2, and the petitioner has admittedly not made any complaint or representation to any of the authorities concerned, the petition is not required to be entertained. However, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the petition with a view to make appropriate representation, if the petitioner is so advised, before the authorities concerned. Accordingly, the petition is disposed as dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation without committing any offence in the process.
