In Civil Application, the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that respondent no.1 died on 10th December, 2014 and this Application for bringing legal heirs of respondent no. 1 on record is filed on 17 th February, 2015 and hence he prays that the application be allowed. 2.

As the Civil Application is filed within the stipulated period, hence legal representatives of respondent no. 1 as mentioned in paragraph 2 of this Application are allowed to be brought on record.
