At the outset, Mr. Gaikwad, learned APP states that the Charge-sheet is not yet fled and that within a period of one week, Charge-sheet will be fled.

In view of this statement, Mr. Yende, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle fresh Bail Application before the learned trial Court.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of, as aforesaid.
