By this application, the applicant has sought the implead him as a party respondent. It is seen that the intervenor was a respondent no.5 in Revision Application No.347/2017. Mr. S.B. Shetye, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the intervenor remained to be joined as a party respondent due to inadvertence. He submits that he has no objection to join the applicant/intervenor as party respondent. 1/2

In the light of the aforesaid statement, the Application is allowed. The intervenor shall be added as a party respondent no.7. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
