The present petition was called out in the morning Session, however, none appeared for the petitioners. It was therefore kept back and called out in the second session. In the second session also nobody appeared for the petitioners.

Mr. Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Petitioners have not complied with Order dated 24th September, 2021 passed by this Court and have not deposited any amount till date.

In Para No.3 of Order dated 24th September, 2021, this Court had made it expressly clear that, if the petitioners fail to deposit the said amount within stipulated period, this Court may be constrained to dismiss the petition on that count alone.
