Heard Ms.Anamika Malhotra, learned APP for the State. She submits, on instructions of the Investigating officerthat the Pulsar motor cycle which the applicant has asked for handing over to his brother Gurunath, has already been ordered to be returned to the applicant himself, by an order dated 30th November 2010 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Kalyan. The learned APP further submits, on instructions from the Investigating Officer - that the motor cycle has already been actually returned to the applicant.

As such, no order needs to be passed on this application which stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
