Applicant, after being arrested on 02/06/2018, is seeking regular bail in Crime no. 130/2018 registered with Bibwewadi Police Station, Dist. Pune for offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 307 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 37(1) r/w 135 of Maharashtra Police Act, section 4 (25) of Arms Act and Section 7 of Criminal Amendment Act.

It is informed that other co-accused are already released on

The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submits that applicant so as to express his remorse shall deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- before the Court below towards damages caused to the public property. Statement is accepted as an undertaking. Since the investigation in the matter is already completed and charge-sheet is filed, applicant deserves to be released on bail. (A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 130/2018 registered with Bibwewadi Police Station, Dist. Pune on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount, subject to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- before the Court below.

(B) The said deposit will be without prejudice to the rights of the applicant.

(C) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
