In view of the order dated 25.02.2016 passed by M. S. Sonak, J. clarifying the order dated 12.06.2015 passed in Civil Revision Application No. 153 of 2013, the learned Counsel Shri Kachare seeks leave to withdraw the above petition. The petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. 2.

It would be open for the petitioner to proceed in the Trial Court in terms of the order dated 12.06.2015 and 25.02.2015 passed by M. S. Sonak, J. in the said Civil Revision Application No. 153 of 2013.
