Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.4 - Kisan Veer Satara Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Limited states that the Respondent No.3 - Commissioner of Sugar, Maharashtra State, Pune has implemented the order dated 17th January, 2018, passed by the Respondent No.1 - The Hon'ble Minister, Department of Co-operation, Marketing and Textiles, Mantralaya, Mumbai, in Appeal No.380 of 2017.

Learned AGP submits that vide the aforesaid order dated 17th January, 2018, two years time was granted to the Respondent No.4 to reconvert the illegally converted share (equity) into member' deposit. He submitted that vide Resolution dated 3rd October, 2018, the said order dated 17th January, 2018, has been implemented.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. The same is disposed of as infructuous. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
