The trial against the Petitioner is already over and he is sentenced to life imprisonment on 6th February, 2018. Presently, he is in Amravati District Central Prison. Thus, these proceedings have become infructuous, and are accordingly disposed of as such. This order be communicated to the Petitioner through the prison authorities.
