The recruitment process is of the year 2014. Select list was published in the year 2014. Petitioners claim that they were called upon to produce the documents in the year 2016. Accordingly nilegaonkar 1/2

32-wp-3085.2018.odt they have produced the documents as per communication dated 14/3/2016. However, there is no progress thereafter. 3.

Petitioners are seeking writ of mandamus and they have not made any demand on respondent no. 1. We therefore, direct the petitioners to move appropriate representation for redressl of their grievance within two weeks from today. If such representation is made, respondent no.1 shall look into it as per law in next six weeks. If the grievance is not redressed within reasonable time, we grant leave to approach this court.
