ssm 2 907-wp3654.15gp.sxw The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition in view of subsequent development, as recorded in the earlier orders. The Petition is, accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. It is made clear that ad-interim order dated 10 April 2015, also stands vacated in view of the withdrawal of Writ Petition itself.
Mr. Venegaonkar the learned counsel, who appeared on behalf of the Administrator in the morning, makes statement that in view of the telephonic instructions he has received in the afternoon he has been asked not to appear in the matter on behalf of Respondent No.7 and therefore, he is now not appearing in the matter and is not in a position to make any statement in the matter. Any how, as the Petitioner is withdrawing the Petition, we are disposing of this Petition as recorded above.
All the Civil Applications are also disposed of in view of the withdrawal of Writ Petition itself. There shall be no order as to costs.
