Petitioner No. 1 is present with his advocate. Respondent No. 2 appears in-person. She is identified by petitioner No. 1 and his advocate. His advocate explains that she is appearing for petitioner before trial Court also.

Respondent No. 2 has tendered an affidavit giving no objection. It appears that Consent Terms have already been filed in Petition No. A-2967/2014 in Family Court at Mumbai on 5th March 2018.

wp.664.19.11.doc Accordingly, proceedings for grant of decree of divorce by mutual consent are now pending. Amount of Rs. 3,20,000/- to be paid to respondent No. 2 is also deposited in Family Court at Mumbai. In view of this affidavit, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (i).
