This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No.35589 of 2018. By order dated 09.01.2019, petitioner was directed to remove office objections on or before 25.01.2019, failing which Writ 1/2

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
