The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to apply for discharge as the petitioner is already charge-sheeted. 3.

It is made clear that the amount deposited in this Court be transferred to the proceedings which are pending interse between the parties in an offence punishable under Section 138 of the NI Act. 4.

In case if the petitioner applies for the said amount before the Court below, we expect the said Court to deal with in accordance with law.
