This Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the legal heirs of sole Petitioner.

The sole Petitioner passed away on 19th July 2020 and the application is filed on 14th October 2020 and therefore, the application is within time. In any case, due to Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022 and therefore, there is no delay in filing the Interim Application.
