The learned counsel for the Applicant after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw this Application. She prays that the trial be expedited. It appears that initially the applicant was charged for the offence punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 376 has been added.

In view of the peculiar facts of the case, the trial is expedited. The Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial within six months from the date of receipt of that order. If the said trial does not conclude within six months, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
