By this Application, the Petitioner has prayed for amendment of the Petition in terms of Schedule-I as annexed to the Interim Application. 2.

Having perused the memo of the Petition, we are of the opinion that the amendments as sought to be incorporated by the Petitioner be permitted. We accordingly allow this Application in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and a copy of the amended Petition be served on the Respondents. Re-verification is dispensed with.
