The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on 09/02/2007 on account of the conditional order which order mandated removal of office objections within a particular time frame. The applicant also seeks condonation of delay of 7 years and 338 days in filing the application. The reasons therefor are mentioned in the Application.
