P.C. :- Perused the order dated 6th December, 2018 which is reproduced below:- "Heard the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner and perused the letter written by the Respondent to the Advocate for the Petitioner dated 30th November, 2018, wherein he has agreed to refer the disputes to arbitration. In view thereof, the following order is passed :
i.
The Court proposes to appoint Mr. Anurag Jain, Advocate to act as an Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of two partnership deeds dated 28th May, 2012 and 1st July, 2013, respectively.
ii.
Mr. Anurag Jain, Advocate, shall submit disclosure under Section 11 (8) read with Section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on 13th December, 2018. Page No. 1 917-arp-66-18.doc

The Advocate for the Petitioner shall forward a copy of this order to Mr. Anurag Jain, Advocate as well as the Respondent." Advocate Shri Anurag Jain has filed his disclosure dated 8th December, 2018 under Section 11 (8) read with section 12 (1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A copy of order is also served on the respondent by the advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and an affidavit proving service is filed and taken on record. In view thereof, the following order is passed:- i.
Mr. Anurag Jain, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of two partnership deeds dated 28th May, 2012 and 1st July, 2013, respectively.
ii.
The venue of the arbitration shall be at Pune. iii.
The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally.
iv.
The learned Arbitrator shall not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.
v.
A copy of this order shall be forthwith forwarded to the learned Arbitrator as well as to the respondent by the Advocate for the petitioner by hand delivery.
