The Interim Application is taken out seeking the following relief:

(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to correct the appearance of the advocate for the Applicant in the order dated 02.12.2021 wrongly shown as Advocate for Respondent No. 3 passed in Contempt Petition No. 423 of 2021 and record appearance of the Advocate for the applicant appearing in Civil Application No. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant has rightly pointed out that in the order dated 02.12.2022 passed in Contempt Petition AKN 1/2

2/2 905.IA.773.2022.doc No. 423 of 2021 the appearance of the Advocate for the Applicant is wrongly shown as appearing for the Respondent No. 3. 3.

In the circumstances, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The appearances in the order dated 02.12.2022 passed in Contempt Petition No. 423 of 2021 be corrected accordingly.
