Shri Marne, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2, in his usual fairness, states that the petitioner, who was permitted to participate in the Selection Process in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, has already been selected for the post of 'Staff Nurse-Midwife'. Shri Marne further states that after completion of the requisite procedure, appointment order would be issued in favour of the petitioner.
