Learned Counsel Shri Kunal Pednekar holding for Advocate Shri Aniket Vagal states that the appellant who is original accused No.2 in Sessions Case No.430/2008 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Bombay has already undergone the entire sentence of five years in the year 2012 itself and the appellant does not want to prosecute this appeal.
