The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will be satisfied if the Petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh representation against the impugned transfer order. Liberty as aforesaid is granted to the Petitioner.

In case such representation is submitted by the Petitioner within two weeks from today, the Competent Authority of the Respondents shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter.

In case the representation is decided against the Vishal Parekar 1/2

Till the final decision by the Competent Authority is taken, the Petitioner is allowed to continue at his present place of posting.

All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open. 7.

While deciding the representation, the Respondents shall not be influenced by the stand taken by them in reply and shall decide the representation afresh in accordance with the guidelines and rules to that effect.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
